AROUND THE HOUSE by Linda Packer Young
Looking back.
We had a great time at the Cedar Mountain Canteen on New Year's Eve last year but decided to ring in the New Year with friends this time and actually watched the ball drop. My honey found some New Year party stuff and we blew little horns and made toasts to welcome in the New Year. We also ate a lot of excellent goodies.
On 1-6-22 I made mention that we went through a lot of papers that needed to be recycled and guess what? On 1-2-23 we did the same thing. I have a tendency to “save” things to check on or read “later” but it piles up and by the time I get around to reading it - it has expired or of no current use. What takes so long is reading some of it before throwing it in the recycle bin. It’s vicious cycle.
Now it’s time for New Years Resolutions. Please share (if you dare) if you have made one. Mine is the usual one. Get more exercise. My honey agrees.
